Mitch Hurwitz Stays with Arrested Development
According to Variety, Mitch Hurwitz has signed a deal with Fox that will see him remain as the executive producer of Arrested Development for season 3, and any potential season 4. While the deal allows Hurwitz to produce other shows, he has decided to remain focused on Arrested Development for now.

USA Today Poll Shows Strong Support for Arrested Development
As previously covered, USA Today ran an Internet poll to see which of 19 television shows facing the possibility of cancellation people wanted to keep. They had over 54,000 people weigh in on their favorite shows, and when the results showed Arrested Development topped the list of shows people wanted to keep (66% wanted it around for another season), and was at the bottom of the list of shows people wanted to drop (Only 12% wanted it canceled).

Get Arrested
When I first saw the Get Arrested site, I assumed that this was a last ditch effort by the producers of Arrested Development to try to rally support for a third season of the show. This report from azcentral seems to confirm my suspicions. So, if you are a fan, you really need to go to the Get Arrested site and show your support. As of now, there have only been 25,957 pledges.
